Self Liberation Strength and Conditioning grew out of the desire to address fully the health of the body and mind, a need that is prevalent in the impatient and inattentive quality of life that most of us experience daily. Both Scott and Emily blend mindfulness techniques into physical training - Scott brings decades of Kung Fu dedication and discipline to both conventional and unconventional physical training while Emily blends yoga and endurance training with strength training.

Our mission at Self Liberation is to assist all of our clients in achieving long-term health by setting achievable goals that affect not only their bodies but also their satiety in life by addressing mental and emotional resilience and fulfillment.
